Stephen Stowe has been designing and building furniture for 13 years and feels that it is his calling and passion in life.

"Its an exciting experience to create something of heirloom quality from raw wood". His antique reproductions range in style from Shaker, with its straight simple lines, to Chippendale period, with its hand carvings and flowing lines. With a keen eye for aesthetics, he has a design consultation with each customer to create a piece that prefectly reflects them and their needs.

He uses a wide variety of North American hardwoods to build tables, beds, chests of drawers, clothespress, desks, china cabinets, occasional tables, to name a few. From the outside, to the interior, to the back of a piece he uses solid wood through out and incorporates many traditional joinery techniques, including hand cut dovetails.
