How can you help support the Visual Arts?
Class and workshop fees are modest and account for less than 5% of our direct operational expense. Commissions on art sales add another 50%. We rely heavily on private contributions, grants and fundraisers. Gifts may be designated for studio equipment, scholarships or special needs.
There are many ways you can help support the arts. Perhaps you’ve been storing arts and crafts equipment you no longer use, such as woodworking equipment,a pottery wheel or spinning wheel, etc. Maybe you have arts and craft books you’d like to add to our resource library. All contributions are greatly appreciated and put to good use.
Your gift (whether cash or equipment) will assist us in continuing to enhance people’s lives by providing arts and crafts instruction and developing and showcasing creative talent. Your gifts to our 501(c)(3) non-profit organization are tax-deductible.
