PAM PETERS

Pam Peters is an acrylic artist, primarily self-taught. She has studied with private instructors but also reads and studies works that inspire her and takes classes via the Internet. A native North Carolinian she lived for many years in Miami, Florida and loves to paint seascapes, palm trees and other plants from that area. Her colors are vivid evoking memories of the tropics.

At present she is painting landscapes, seascapes, flowers, dancers and birds. She is also in the process of learning how to use the airbrush to add more dimensions to her work. She is member of the Rutherford County Visual Artists Guild appearing most recently in their juried show, Celebration of the Arts 2008.
